The key responsibility of the technical supervisor is the supervision of the construction preparation and completion. At the same time, we also check the quality and monitor compliance with the specified deadlines and budget.
We provide services of the OSH coordinator who, in addition to supervising compliance with legal requirements, contributes to the smooth and trouble-free progress of the construction project.
We provide consulting, advisory and supervisory activities that the client can use in all phases of the project preparation and during the construction.
We replace the role of the general contractor by managing the construction in the form of construction management.
We carry out a complete price optimization in the various phases of the project and supervise the validity of invoicing of the work performed.
We ensure negotiation of the legislative construction permit, zoning decision or building approval.
We process all stages of the building design in particular the ground construction. We pay attention to the efficiency of the building design and the detailed coordination of individual professions.
